For customers who are unsure of the type of blade they need, Tru-Cut offers a “Build A Blade” section where they can input sawing machine type, material specs, and current saw blade information. The company will then recommend the best saw blade for that machine and material to be cut. Tru-Cut will also visit customers’ plants to inspect their current sawing operations and recommend productivity and cost-saving improvements. Tru-Cut Saw is the only circular saw blade manufacturer in the U.S. with two in-house PVD coating chambers, with a capacity to coat parts up to 1200 mm in diameter.
