Forest City Gear, an industry-leading manufacturer of fine- and medium-pitch custom gears, recently recognized several employees for their long-term dedication to the company.

Mark Cunningham

The employees who were honored were Mark Cunningham (25 years), Keith Tillman (15 years), and Doug Klitz (10 years).

Keith Tillman

In the gear shaping department, Mark Cunningham has played a vital role in producing components for a wide range of aerospace, military, and defense programs. His craftsmanship, technical expertise, and commitment to quality have made him a trusted contributor to some of our most critical projects.

Keith Tillman’s attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are particularly valuable in managing and maintaining accuracy within finished-goods inventory. Has built excellent working relationships with shipping and receiving contacts across the customer and vendor network. Tillman has also led several community collection initiatives.

Doug Klitz

Since joining Forest City Gear in the hobbing department, Doug Klitz has distinguished himself as a highly skilled and dedicated technician. Entering the organization with no prior gear-manufacturing experience, he has developed into one of the department’s most dependable contributors, supporting projects ranging from automotive to aerospace and space-flight applications.
