The Whittemore Co. has expanded its partnership with Riten Industries to include the states of Kansas and Missouri.

Previously, Whittemore has represented the Riten Industries product line in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. However, Whittemore’s success in its previous coverage areas has allowed for this partnership to expand.

Although in business for more than 100 years, Whittemore itself had only expanded to Kansas and Missouri at the start of 2018 with the addition of its new sales and applications engineer, Brandon Crocker. Shortly after, Crocker’s success in 2018 with Whittemore gained the attention of Riten Industries’ Midwest regional sales manager, Kent Hizer.

Hizer said, “Riten Industries is very excited to add Brandon Crocker to The Whittemore Co.’s representation of Riten Industries’ line of work holding products and services. Crocker’s outstanding reputation precedes him and we are sure that he will help bolster an already great relationship between The Whittemore Co. and Riten Industries as he represents our products in Kansas and Missouri. Brandon’s vast experience in our industry will be a fantastic asset to our customer base.”

Riten Industries is a large manufacturer of live and dead centers and face drivers and has been making all American-made products in central Ohio since 1933. Its long history and reputation as the industry’s broadest line of standard products has allowed it to be the most prominent brand in the following industries: aerospace, automotive and heavy truck, gear manufacturing, machine tool builders, medical, off-road and agricultural equipment, roll manufacturing and repair, shaft manufacturing, and spline rolling.

“Riten Industries is a highly valued and coveted partner of Whittemore. We truly enjoy representing Riten because they are a very focused and customer-centric principal. As an ISO company, Riten documents and follows specific internal processes to deliver the highest quality products and services to their end users. This dovetails nicely with our objective to bring only the highest quality products and services to the metalworking industrial customer. We appreciate the relationship we have with management and the entire Riten team, and are honored that Whittemore has been selected to expand our coverage area to include Kansas and Missouri.,” said Dave Zaval, president of The Whittemore Co.
