Kapp Technologies L.P., the North American subsidiary of the Kapp Niles Group, celebrates 40 years of innovation, growth, and trusted partnerships.
Founded in March 1985, Kapp Technologies L.P. has grown to become a key contributor to the success of the Kapp Niles Group in the North American market. Over the past four decades, the company has established itself as a trusted partner in the gear manufacturing industry, offering advanced technology, engineering expertise, and dedicated service.

The anniversary was celebrated with a festive program at the company’s Boulder site.

As of today, Kapp Technologies L.P. has delivered more than 23,000 tools and more than 600 machines to the North American market.
Libor Stepanek, foreman in profile grinding, has been with the company since its founding in 1985. “At Kapp Technologies L.P., we are a small team where many of us wear multiple hats — and that’s exactly what has made my job so interesting over the past 40 years,” Stepanek said. “Thanks to the support of friendly colleagues, our workplace has always been a great place to come to every day.
