Built on ALMCO’s extensive experience with conveyor washer systems, the PW12 is featured as part of an integrated parts washing and finishing line at the company’s booth. The inline design eliminates repeated part lifting, staging, and transfer steps, reducing cycle times and improving throughput. The result is a more streamlined operation with greater scheduling predictability. The continuous flow of parts between operations also reduces bottlenecks and lowers the physical demands on operators, thereby reducing the risk of ergonomic injuries.
