Rego-Fix Tool Corp (Rego-Fix USA) has appointed Amy Stankiewicz as senior controller for North and Latin Americas.
In her new role, Stankiewicz will oversee the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and human resources functions while supporting strategic financial initiatives that reinforce operational excellence and long-term business growth.
Stankiewicz brings more than 25 years of finance and operational leadership experience across manufacturing, industrial distribution, logistics, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and professional services.
Throughout her career, she has led financial operations, developed high-performing teams and implemented initiatives that improve organizational performance while supporting sustainable growth.
As senior controller, Stankiewicz will partner with company leadership to strengthen financial and operational processes while supporting Rego-Fix‘s continued expansion in the Americas. Additionally, she will collaborate with the company’s global finance organization to enhance financial reporting, management and visibility across international operations.
Prior to joining Rego-Fix, Stankiewicz served as controller for a local manufacturing distributor, where she was a member of the executive leadership team. She directed accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, ERP optimization, purchasing, and human resources while improving working capital, streamlining reporting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Stankiewicz attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She is CPA-eligible and is passionate about leveraging financial data to support operational excellence and long-term business success.
