We celebrate our employees’ commitment to collaboration and customer service, said Jeff Schemel, president U.S. & Canada. As a company, we dedicate ourselves to ongoing excellence, cooperation, and integrity, and our outstanding team always responds with their best.

Employer reports and anonymous employee surveys determined which companies receive this honor, with selection handled by The Workforce Research Group. Winning organizations came from nearly 30 locations and ranged in size from 16 to 2,400 employees.

All 150 of the companies celebrated in the five categories of these awards were honored at a Walk of Fame awards dinner in May in Indianapolis. Each winner received a report of its employees’ evaluations to use for internal development and workforce programming. Winners also received statewide publicity in Chamber publications and on business media.

With U.S. headquarters in Whitestown, Indiana, Rego-Fix, inventor of the original ER collet system, is a world leader in the manufacture of Swiss precision tooling.
