Jergens is live with its new corporate website that offers users functionality to support their manufacturing and inventory needs. Among those are e-commerce including order and account access as well as enhanced navigation and search capability. 

The unique and secure customer account is simple and takes less than a minute to create. Logging in gives access to all Jergens order data, not just those that are placed on the site, accommodating the many customers who call or email their orders. Plus, customers have insights to order activity anywhere and anytime, 24/7/365. That includes order status, open or shipped; carrier tracking numbers; invoices on shipped orders; and projected ship dates for open orders. Real-time inventory visibility, as well as stock and price check, including account-specific pricing, are all supported in the new site.

Jergensinc.com is also a comprehensive resource for product and application.

“We have included six in-depth Knowledge Centers covering modular workholding, custom design and build capability, lifting, and also fastener products,” said Mary Delaney, Jergens operations manager. “These collections offer details on components, applications, FAQs and more, all to support our customers as they research, spec and purchase our solutions.”

The new site also provides free CAD downloads including thousands of Jergens unique drawings in more than 25 different file formats to suit customer preferences. For the company’s fastener customers, a Kwik-Lok® pin configuration tool is available. Users can choose a stock item or configure the best Pin for their application.
