We are a full service used, rebuilt, reconditioned Hobbing Machine supplier specializing in the Barber-Colman line of gear cutting and hob sharpening equipment. We furnish machines (either reconditioned, rebuilt, cleaned and cycled, or AS-IS) for any of the customer’s needs. We supply field service, consulting, training for operators, setup and maintenance, and evaluation of equipment. We are well known for our ability to funish “turn-key” solutions to our customers. We also furnish Gear Checking and Testing equipment. Our staff has over 35 years experience in the gear cutting field and was factory trained at Barber-Colman. A large portion of our business is in rebuilding or reconditioning customer’s existing Barber-Colman machines. We offer a “no-charge” evaluation and quote for this service. We carry a limited amount of used Hobs and Shaper Cutters as well as both new and used repair parts for Barber-Colman machines. Another of our services is a complete Hob and Shaper Cutter Sharpening service. We sharpen all cutters on Barber-Colman Wet Sharpeners and offer “rush service” for those times that it is necessary.
