United Grinding North America, Inc., a subsidiary of the United Grinding Group, recently finalized a distribution partnership with Concept Machine Tool.

Based out of southeastern Wisconsin and southern Minnesota, Concept Machine will be instrumental in further solidifying the United Grinding presence in the upper Midwest. The group serves manufacturing companies in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.

“We are very excited to be partnering with Concept Machine to provide cylindrical, surface and profile, and tool grinding and measuring technologies to manufacturers in their portion of the Midwest territory,” said Markus Stolmar, president and CEO of United Grinding North America. “Adding CNC grinding to their robust lineup of manufacturing technologies was a perfect fit, and their track record of building relationships with manufacturers made this an easy decision.”

Concept Machine has a wide-ranging offering of machining solutions, and the addition of CNC grinding will serve their customers who wish to improve precision, part quality, and cycle times. The company has been in business since the 1970s, building a stellar reputation in that time.

The partnership also elevates United Grinding’s customer-focused goal of being an undisputed leader in CNC grinding sales and service in North America.

“We place sales and service managers strategically throughout the continent to ensure we can deliver the best service and sales experiences in the shortest amount of time,” Stolmar said. “Bringing Concept Machine into our network of dealer partners helps us fulfill our strategic vision of being the sales and service leaders in our industry, and empowers the team at Concept to offer some of the best CNC grinding equipment in the world.

“We are looking forward to a great partnership with Concept Machine Tool and continuing to help build and support the precision manufacturing community in North America.”
