RadTech, the Association for Ultraviolet and Electron Beam Technologies, announced Mike Bonner of Saint Clair Systems, Inc., has assumed the role of president for a two-year term. He succeeds Michael Gould of Rahn USA, who has completed his term as president and will continue to serve as immediate past president.
Additionally, Todd Fayne of PepsiCo has been elected as president-elect and will assume office as president on January 1, 2027.
RadTech welcomes the following individuals, elected by RadTech membership, as new members of the Board of Directors:

New board members will be in attendance at the 2025 RadTech UV+EB Technology & Conference, May 18-21, 2025, at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center in Detroit, Michigan. RadTech—The Association for UV+EB Technologies is a nonprofit trade association dedicated to the safe, environmentally proactive use of UV+EB-cured materials in applications, including packaging/graphic arts, 3D printing/additive manufacturing, electronics, wood and building products, plastics, and metals.
RadTech supports the UV+EB industry by developing educational resources, industry conferences and trade shows, EHS and sustainability guidance, market research, student and start-up innovation programs, and industry networking opportunities.
