Bodycote Thermal Processing, Inc., is pleased to announce the recent registration of its Fremont, California, facility from the ISO 9002:1994 Standard to ISO 9001:2000. The recent registration increases the North American network of Bodycote plants that are ISO registered to more than 20. The ISO 9001:2000 registration compliments Fremont’s existing quality approvals. Fremont specializes in Hydrogen and Vacuum Furnace Brazing, Aluminium Vacuum Brazing and Turnkey Manufacturing. The facility also specializes in various other processes such as Helium Leak-Detection, High Vacuum Bake-out, Residual Gas Analysis, Class 10K Cleanroom Assembly, Active Metal Brazing, Dissimilar Material Bonding and Plasma Etch Cleaning.
"ISO registration positions Fremont as an ideal partner for manufacturing companies in the semi-conductor equipment, medical equipment & devices and high vacuum component industries. "We have provided turnkey manufacturing and brazing services for more than eight years from this 22,000 square-foot facility."
