Our services.
We offer comprehensive services for both planned and unplanned downtime: gearbox repair, manufacturing (from customer samples or manufacturing drawings), custom gearing, PIV parts and units, inspections, regular maintenance and field machining and services.

Our technology.

Our 44,000-square-foot plant is a fully staffed and equipped gear manufacturing and repair facility with a full in-house machine shop with the latest technology that can handle everything from machining new shafts and spacers to re-machining bores in a gearbox housing and can cut spur, helical, double-helical and worm gears up to 94” in diameter.

In addition to our state-of-the-art machine and gear shop, we have a range of general machinery for plating, welding and painting, and our plant is equipped with  a variety of cranes with capacity up to 30 tons, forklifts with capacity up to 30,000 pounds and tools for measuring, 2-plane balancing, testing and troubleshooting.
