Machine Tool Builders Inc. has announced its president and co-founder Ken Flowers has assumed sole ownership of the company, and former business partner Ron Peiffer has moved to new opportunities.
MTB’s customers can expect this transition to be both seamless and increasingly beneficial downstream, according to Flowers, as the company continues to add to its lines of new gear machines and expand the machine tool rebuild and re-control services the company is renowned for.
