Forest City Gear, an industry-leading manufacturer of fine and medium pitch custom gears, has hiredJenny Howell as its human resources manager.
In this role, Howell handles day-to-day HR issues, onboarding new hires, processing payroll, and managing performance evaluations. “I have a lot of involvement with employees, which I love,” Howellsaid.
Howell comes to Forest City Gear from eight years at FurstStaffing, first as a compliance manager then as an HR consultant. Prior to that, she was a benefit consultant at Benefit Planning Services for 14 years.
