Tolomatic, a leading manufacturer of electric linear actuators and motion control solutions, announced the appointment of Manish Virmani as its new president and chief executive officer. He succeeds Paul Carlson, who will retire later this year after more than five years of leadership as president and CEO.

“We are deeply grateful for Paul’s leadership and the positive impact he has had on Tolomatic’s culture, performance, and strategic direction,” said Amy Toles and Adam Toles, owners of Tolomatic, in a joint statement. “We are equally excited to welcome Manish Virmani as our new CEO. He brings extensive executive experience and a strong record of success in manufacturing, engineering, and global operations.”

Manish Virmani previously served as global vice president at Phillips & Temro Industries, where he led four manufacturing facilities. His career includes senior leadership roles at Horton Inc. and Cummins Inc., where he was recognized for driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation.

Manish holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in mechanical engineering, and earned his MBA in marketing strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

“I’m honored to lead Tolomatic into its next chapter of innovation and growth, building on a strong legacy of partnering with customers,” said Virmani.
