Machine Tool Builders Inc. recently announced that, effective immediately, its president and co-founder Ken Flowers has assumed the sole ownership of the company, and that former business partner Ron Peiffer will be moving on to new opportunities.
MTB’s customers can expect this transition to be both seamless and increasingly beneficial downstream, according to Flowers, as the company continues to add to its lines of new gear machines and expand the machine tool rebuild and re-control services the company is renowned for.
“With the addition of several world-class new machine lines to our product offering, Machine Tool Builders now can respond with the manufacturing solution that makes the most economic sense for our customers, whether new machine or bringing older models to like-new condition,” Flowers said. “I look forward to actively managing our growing operations and helping usher in an exciting new era at MTB.”
