Kinematics appoints new chief operating officer

Kinematics, a world leader in intelligent motion solutions, has appointed Kyle Zech as the new chief operating officer (COO) as of August 2024.

Zech is the longest-serving member of the Executive Leadership Team, and in his 13 years with Kinematics has been instrumental in helping the company grow through roles in account management, sales, commercial, product management, and more. As senior vice president of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, he significantly increased Kinematics’ operational performance by deploying leading-edge manufacturing systems that are the most advanced in the industry. Zech has also played a key role in implementing Kinematics’ second manufacturing facility in China.

In his role, Zech will focus on developing a strategic vision for operations, delivering innovation in the company’s supply chain and factory performance, including cutting-edge new technologies, processes, and systems, and continuing to build a world-class operations team.

Zech has degrees from Madison Area Technical College (automotive technology) and the University of Wisconsin-Stout (manufacturing engineering) and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
