These products are built using experienced engineering, advanced manufacturing and installation expertise. This equipment is specifically designed to provide high uptime to demanding production environments all over the world especially in the Automotive and Aerospace manufacturing markets.
The products incorporate other peripheral equipment to provide a complete turn-key heat treating solution. This allows our customers to have one source for the complete heat treat installation which includes preheating, automation, heat treating (Low Pressure Carburizing, Carbonitriding, Neutral Hardening with oil or gas quenching) and tempering equipment all working together on one PLC based system for one source quality control. These installations are sourced and supported by our directly owned subsidiary here in North America.
Our team is capable of evaluating your metallurgical, production and budget needs to provide economical and high quality solutions to your manufacturing and corporate requirements. Our field assistance logistics service can provide “as needed” solutions. Remote assistance has been set up to accelerate and facilitate service.
