Vacuum Pump Services Corp. (VPS) was founded in July 2016. Although our company is new in its inception, we have many years of experience in vacuum pump repair and service.
The owners of VPS are Mr. and Mrs. William R. Jones, who are also the owners of Solar Atmospheres, Inc. a vacuum heat treating service company, Solar Manufacturing, Inc., who provides vacuum furnaces and service, and Magnetic Specialties, Inc., providers of transformers, reactors and power supplies.
Within the operation of our heat treating company, Solar Atmospheres, we have a need to rebuild and repair heavy duty Stokes type vacuum roughing pumps and Roots type vacuum blowers. We wanted to have a reliable repair and service company to perform these services at a reasonable cost, and to have the repairs done no-more, no-less than required. The company has a wealth of knowledge within the vacuum repair and service business.
Bob Sandora, President of VPS, has over 40 years of experience in servicing vacuum furnaces, pumps and blowers.
