The Mutschler family has purchased the assets of OLS Deburring Systems from McNeil Industries. OLS was launched in 1993 by Eric Mutschler and sold to McNeil Industries in 2007. The company was purchased back on December 23, 2009. Mutschler has been involved in deburring equipment since 1984 and has been a major part of the design and innovations of the current line of machines.

OLS has designed and built over 1000 machines over the last 16 years. It will support all machines made by OLS and provide parts and service as well as grinding wheels, brushes, and other perishables. The owners’s mission is to continue to provide high quality deburring machines and support to its customers. It will begin rebuilding the company with resources from the past and new faces.

Cleveland Deburring Machine Company (CDMC) was launched by Chris and Adam Mutschler in 2008. Both were integral parts of OLS prior to its sale. Adam focused on sales and applications and Chris on manufacturing. The two brands will be merged, operating as CDMC promoting the OLS brand. Operations have been relocated to a 20,000 square-foot location in Cleveland, Ohio. Call (216) 472-0200 or go to [www.cdmcmachine.com].
