New Vice President of Heat Treating at Inductoheat

Inductoheat, Inc., has appointed Robert Madeira as vice president of heat treating. He has worked in the induction heat treat industry for more than 26 years, most recently as the director of sales for Fluxtrol, Inc. He has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State and a master’s degree from the University of Detroit. In this position he is responsible for successfully managing customers needs, leadership of Inductoheat’s business strategies, and spearheading North American sales efforts. This position reports directly to the president.
