ALD-Holcroft has released an updated brochure detailing their DualTherm® vacuum furnace system. The DualTherm is a two chamber vacuum furnace with cold chamber high pressure gas quenching (HPGQ) capabilities to 20 bar. It is typically applied in the vacuum carburizing (low pressure carburizing) market, as well as hardening applications. The DualTherm leverages the well-proven ModulTherm® system component technologies and marries them into a single furnace for the smaller volume producers. The performance is the same in every respect, enabling recipes developed in a DualTherm to be adapted for a ModulTherm and vice versa.
This new DualTherm brochure expands the description of the product into a four-page full-color format, targeting the aerospace, wind generation, automotive, bearing, and tool markets. In addition to the print version, the new brochure is available for download on the company’s Web site.
