GTI Spindle Technology, headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire, has recently announced that its newly opened North Carolina facility is fully operational. The state-of-the-art facility is staffed with industry-leading technicians who are capable of repairing and rebuilding the highest precision spindles including those made by Makino, Mazak, Kessler, Gamfior, Enshu, and OKK.

"Now that we are fully operational, we are excited to be able to meet the high demand we've already seen since opening the facility," said Lisa Bailey-Beavers, GTI Spindle’s VP of sales.

The new facility also provides on-site predictive maintenance services including vibration analysis routes for customers that want to ensure maximum uptime and reliability for their facilities. Its predictive maintenance services matched with spindle repair capabilities create a powerful uptime and reliability combination to ensure no asset, big or small, is out of commission at an inopportune time.

GTI inspects, repairs, and remanufactures spindles and other precision rotating assemblies including super precision high frequency, motorized, belt and gear-driven spindles with special emphasis on Japanese, German, and Italian high-speed machining centers. The new location provides an extension to serve its Southeast customers.

The newly constructed facility is hosting an open house in August 2016. Those in attendance will see first-hand the state-of-the-art facilities and meet leading technicians who work on spindles repaired at the new facility. Those that wish to attend should contact GTI Spindle Technology by calling 888.473.9675.
