Randy Kruse

He has 37 years of experience designing and developing gearboxes, transmissions, and axles for a wide range of applications and has held various levels of engineering and management responsibilities at companies including John Deere, Meritor, Axicon Technologies, and Timken. He has multiple patents related to transmission and synchronizer design and has coauthored technical papers related to planetary load sharing and coatings.
