Osny Fabricio

Osny Fabricio is head of cutting tools for the Americas at Oerlikon Balzers USA. He has a B.S. and MBA from the University of Sorocaba (Brazil), an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Campinas UNICAMP (Brazil), and a M.S. in Metallurgy from the University of Sao Paulo USP. He has been working in multi-national metalworking companies as machine-tool-builders and tool-builders since 1982. Since 1995, he has been closely connected with all the major global tool makers working as global product manager for Indexable and Solid tooling and also in sales as global director of sales & marketing. He has built a solid global reputation on new product development as well as on advanced tooling training programs. He has published and presented many technical papers.
