Stenhøj Hydraulik A/S of Barrit, Denmark, and Ever Sharp Tools of St. Clair, Michigan, recently reached an agreement to sell and support a full line of broaching machines in North America, including helical and hard broaching.
Since its founding in 1917, Stenhøj has manufactured and marketed innovative products. Stenhøj Group has a worldwide staff of about 500 employees in more than 10 countries.
Stenhøj Hydraulik A/S specializes in the manufacture of hydraulic presses, hydraulic bending machines, and electromechanical broaching machines, and the company continuously develops improved and custom-engineered machines.
The broaching machines are built to meet the high-quality standards required by the high-tech industry. The company chooses components from the most recognized manufacturers of industrial components in order to obtain a robust and reliable product. Maintenance is handled quickly by local partners with easy access to these components. Its customers are primarily in the automotive industry with both international corporations and smaller subcontractors. It supplies stand-alone machines and complete integrated machines with handling equipment.
In 2018, Ever Sharp Tools will take delivery of a new Stenhøj hard broaching machine and conventional electromechanical broaching machine and will display the new technology in its new showroom in southeastern Michigan.
