Röhm Products of America, a leading provider of high-quality clamping and gripping technology, recently expanded its customer sales and support team with the addition of five regional sales managers. This move is intended to increase visibility and support for the company’s workholding and end-of-arm tooling in North America.

With more than 100 collective years of experience, the regional sales managers are tasked with using their proven troubleshooting skills and a consultative, solution-based approach to support customers with selection and application of the company’s comprehensive offering of chucks, centers, vises, tool clamping, and automation systems, as well as customized solutions for turning, milling, drilling, and grinding.

Customers in the Mid-Atlantic states are now being served by Al Dopf, who returns to Röhm after a brief stint as the regional manager for an accessory distributor representing Röhm. He has extensive product knowledge as well as metalworking experience amassed over 30 years in sales positions at a controls distributor, a machine tool dealer, and as a regional manager for a machine tool builder.

Edward Borsos has been named regional sales manager for Michigan and Canada. A 26-year metalworking veteran, Borsos has deep experience supporting customers in the automotive-saturated Michigan market. Prior to joining Röhm, he held two positions at MSC Industrial Supply, first as a metalworking technical sales associate, then as a metalworking outside sales associate.

Jennifer Allison joined Röhm to serve customers in the Western part of the U.S. She has 30 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing in the metalworking industry at companies that include cutting tool manufacturers, machine tool distributors, and a machine tool manufacturer. Most recently, Allison was a regional sales manager for Kennametal Extrude Hone.

Röhm also welcomes Jimmy Clark to its team of regional sales managers. Clark’s focus is the company’s growing customer base in the Southeast and Northeast regions. His broad sales and manufacturing experience spans 19 years and includes recent positions as the regional sales manager for Hardinge and DMG Mori, which have prepared him well to support customers in these regions with Röhm’s existing and future products.

Rodney Payton has joined Röhm’s team to serve customers in the South Central states of Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and Missouri. With 25 years of manufacturing experience in the oil and gas, aerospace, general engineering, and fitness industries, he is well-suited to meet the workholding and end-of-arm tooling needs of customers in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining Röhm, Payton was a sales engineer at Walter Valenite.

“This is an exciting time for Röhm and our customers,” said Röhm Products of America CEO Matthew Mayer. “The addition of these exceptional individuals to our team positions us to provide optimal service to both new and existing customers to grow our workholding business throughout North America.”

Headquartered in Suwanee, Georgia, Röhm Products of America, a division of the Röhm Group, has been a leading provider of high-quality clamping and gripping technologies to the North American metalworking industry since 1978. The company’s broad and powerful product portfolio encompasses drill chucks, live centers, lathe chucks, vises, automation technology, power chuck technology, mandrels, tool clamping systems, and customized solutions for turning, milling, drilling, and grinding applications. The company also takes pride in providing world-class support and services to ensure trouble-free machining processes for its customers within the aerospace, automotive, energy, engineering, micro technology, and rail vehicle manufacturing sectors.
