With the double-concentric QUADROK clamping vice HAINBUCH now brings a clamping system for machining centers on the market with strengths in the area of five-sided machining, and with its the function always adapting to the workpiece.
Surrounding four-side clamping, extremely shallow clamping, and optimal material removal values through active pull-back, with a maximum workpiece size of 250 x 250 mm—these are the highlights of the practical all-round clamp, with which simple saw cuts can be machined with the same high level of performance as complex cast parts.
The user can choose between five different clamping functions: vice, concentric, double-vice, concentric plus vice, or double-concentric clamping function. And regardless of whether first- or second-side machining, QUADROK simply clamps everything, with total flexibility from outside and from inside. Even mandrel or chuck clamping can be realized with QUADROK. Users not only produce faster with the new system, because they produce more flexibly and thus just in time, but in the final analysis they also produce significantly more cost-effectively.
