The Branford Group, a Global Industrial Auction Company, in conjunction with Machinery Network Auctions, Infinity Asset Solutions & HYPER AMS, will conduct a series of four webcast and online auctions to sell the assets of Royal Oak Boring located at 2340 Dove Street, Port Huron, Michigan, and Bronson Precision Products located at 404 Union Street, Bronson, Michigan.
Royal Oak Boring & Bronson Precision Products were major contract manufacturers of close tolerance, high-quality, machined, and assembled powertrain and driveline components for a wide range of global transportation organizations involved in the automotive, power generation, motorcycle industries. Some of the manufactured products include engine blocks, cylinder heads, engine housings, manifolds, oil pans, fuel injector barrels, and turbo chargers.
Royal Oak Boring & Bronson Precision Products customers were industry-leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and tier 1 automotive suppliers. They supplied products to Caterpillar, Harley-Davidson, Cummins, Dana, the MTU division of Rolls Royce/Daimler, American Axle, Detroit Diesel, and John Deere, among many others.
The equipment offered at the auctions will include over 200 CNC machine tools as late as 2015, massive quantities of tooling, QC and inspection, heat treating and washing, and plant support for two facilities totaling 400,000 square feet. There will be over 6,000 lots of modern machinery and equipment being offered for sale.
