PECo Names Lay new Director of Sales & Marketing

Process Equipment Company (PECo) Metrology Systems Division announces the hire of a new director of sales & marketing, Jeffrey L. Lay, who will lead the Next Dimension gear measurement systems sales efforts. “Jeff, will be a tremendous asset to PECo due to his sales experience within the gear industry,” says Brian Slone, PECo’s business unit manager. “He comes to PECo with knowledge of gear measurement and a global perspective of the gearing market.”

Lay has been in sales and marketing for nearly 20 years, spending the last 13 working in the synthetic lubricant industry at Nye Lubricants. He has been an AGMA member and participant in the Plastic and Powder Metal Gearing committees during his time at Nye. Prior to entering the field of lubrication he worked for nearly a decade at M&M Precision Systems, where he held various positions including sales and applications engineer for gear metrology products.
