In a recent press release, New England Gear announced that it has redesigned its Web site to provide its customers with more information on its history, inventory, and capabilities in a format that’s both easy on the eye and easier to navigate.

"We’re pleased with the way it has turned out, and we hope that our customers will agree," says Jeff Barnes, president and founder of the company, which is located in New Britain, Connecticut. "We’ve worked hard to design a site that will allow customers to check out what we have on the floor while learning more about who we are, how we got here, and what we can do for them. We also want to make it easy for people to contact us, so all the information they need is right there at their fingertips."

New England Gear is a full service provider of late-model Fellows gear shapers, handling everything from servicing to retrofitting, rebuilding, and designing custom machines. The company also stocks parts for all models, with more than 150 shapers in stock, including machines equipped with one- through six-axis controls. "We own everything we sell, so we stand behind our machines 100 percent," Barnes adds.
