The INDUCTOFORGE modular design concept utilizes standard product concepts to reduce costs while at the same time providing unheard of flexibility in control, operation, and maintenance.
The nominal 400kW modules can be placed back to back to build any required kW to meet the required production needs. A 66-percent larger operating window allows the forger to heat a wider range of parts in a single diameter coil design (reduced coil change-over). Advanced controls automatically set module power levels and line speeds to achieve the required final temperature and uniformity.
