Working within an easy-to-use Windows desktop environment, operators using CMM-Manager can take advantage of walk-up measurement capability to quickly inspect parts in just minutes. CAD-based graphical programming allows for the creation of inspection programs directly from a CAD model. In addition, an exclusive "click-and-measure" function permits the operator to simply click on a part feature to automatically generate an optimal, collision-free part measurement path. Other features include drag-and-drop graphical report creation, including feature tolerance reporting for easy visual confirmation. Built-in Best-Fit Analysis lets operators compare measurement data to a CAD model for improved inspection accuracy. A Web-ready report function quickly creates an HTML report for email or Web posting.
