Michel Organisciak

is currently Project Manager in the Department Sealing & Polymers at the SKF Engineering and Research Centre in Nieuwegein, The Netherlands. Michel joined SKF in 2007 as a Research Engineer in Sealing. His research has focused on development of modeling techniques and simulations tools for seal dynamic behaviour, seal friction and seal life. More recently has been working on the development of innovative sealing concepts.
