Obtaining his CFC (federal certificate of capacity), Feutren joined the HE ARC, the mechanical engineering school in St-Imier and Le Locle. The partner company for his bachelor’s degree was Willemin-Macodel in Delémont. He joined Affolter Technologies SA as a mechanical engineer. Affolter Technologies SA is active in the development and manufacture of small gear hobbing machines. At Affolter, Feutren has developed new products and is involved in gear and worm machining processes.
